Pretty and ultra-feminine, the Ninety-Six Tie Neck Dress is a gorgeous offering from Australian fashion house Zimmerman's SS19 collection. Crafted from sheer polka dotted silk with a simple slip beneath, it has ribbon tie details at the high neckline, blouson sleeve cuffs and waist, and ruffled trims through the midi-length skirt.
